*Our artworks are 100% hand-painted paintings in oil or acrylic on canvas, we also do paintings on board as well.
*For payment we usually use Paypal, credit card through Paypal, Western Union or bank wire.
*It usually takes 2-3 weeks for small order, and 4-6 weeks for big order.
*Shipment is made via DHL/TNT/EMS, which takes 3-5 days to worldwide.
*We guarantte that you receive your order in good condition, We provide refunds for any unsatisfactory quality
if the product is sent back within 30 days at customer's expense. For our regular customers, we also provide
free replacement, free improvement or credits for any unsatisfactory quality.
*If product is damaged during transportation, which customer can provide the evidence, such as photo of the
damage, we provide refunds or free replacement without any charge.
