Our Product:
*Our product is genuine, 100 percent hand-painted oil paintings on canvas or on board.
*Other than catalog paintings and stock paintings, we also create custom paintings, such as paintings from your photography. You may mail or email us photos, posters, prints, books, postcards to make into oil paintings.
Quality:
*Usually we provide two quality levels of oil paintings: High Quality(HQ) and Medium Quality(MQ).
*Difference between HQ painting and MQ painting:

2) The difference between HQ painting and MQ painting can only be professionally perceived, but you can perceive the difference with following:
A) HQ painting is done by prominent artists with better skills, while MQ paintng is done by ordinary artists even apprentices.
B) Artists spend more time on HQ painting to paint more delicate details.
How to order:
*For stock paintings and catalog paintings, please register as a member and log in, pick up paintings you want to order and add them to your shopping cart. Submit your order list when complete. Catalog paintings will be quoted upon our receipt of your order.
*It is not a must to register as member to use our online shopping cart.
*For custom paintings, please mail or email us photots, posters, prints or postcards, For digital images, the ideal size is 300-500k or 500-1000 pixes(width or height).
Payment:
*For large payments (US$1,000+), we use bank wire transfer.
*For Samll payments we use Western Union Transfer or Paypal.
*We usually request full payment before start to paint order, but regular or long term customers can pay montly even after receive order.
Lead Time:
*Usually 3-5 weeks for small orders (below 50 paintings or US$2,000).
*6-8 weeks for larger orders.
Shipment:
*Unframed paintings are packaged by rolling around a hard tude. The are safely packed with plastic layers in between. Shipping will be done via air courier, such as DHL,UPS,TNT, EMS or FedEx.
*Frames or framed paintings are packed in a carton and shipped by sea.
Guarantee:
*We take responsibility until you get your order in good condition.
*We provide refunds for any unsatisfactory quality or damaged products if the product is sent back within 30 days at customer's expense.
*For our regular customers, we also provide free replacement, free improvement or credits for any unsatisfactory quality or product damage.
