Our Product and Service:
*Our main product is genuine, 100 percent hand-painted oil paintings on canvas or on board, we also do acrylic, frames, stretcher, etc.
*Other than catalog paintings and stock paintings, we also take commissioned order such as
paintings from your photography. You may send your favorite pictures or paintings to us for duplicating.

Lead Time:
*Usually 2-5 weeks for small orders (below 50 paintings or US$2,000).
*6-8 weeks for larger orders.
Shipment:
*Unframed paintings are shipped rolled via DHL,UPS,TNT, EMS or FedEx, which takes 3-5 days.
*Frames or framed paintings are packed in a carton and shipped by sea, which takes 3-5 weeks.
Shipping cost:
*Unframed paintings: free shipment for order that is over US$500,
otherwise 20% of paintings cost is charged for shipping cost, and
minimum shipping and handling cost is US$40.
*Frames and Framed paintings: Shipped by sea and shipping cost will be
quoted upon request.
100% Satisfation Guarantee:
*We can take picture of your order for your approval before shipment.
*We guarantee you receive your order in good condition.
*We provide refunds for any unsatisfactory quality if the product is sent back within 30 days at customer's expense. For our regular customers, we also provide free replacement, free improvement or credits for any unsatisfactory quality.
*If product is damaged during transportation, which customer can
provide the evidence, such as photo, of the damage, we provide
refunds or free replacement without any charge.
